NizzyCreative is a creative studio based in the United Kingdom.
Using this site and app
The NizzyCreative website and app are provided for information about our services. You agree to use them lawfully. Content, designs, logos and code on them belong to NizzyCreative unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied without permission.
Demo projects
The projects in our portfolio (the cafe, gifts, photographer and creator sites) are fictional concepts. They do not represent real businesses, and any names, menus or details in them are examples only.
Quotes and projects
Every project is priced individually. A quote is only an estimate until agreed in writing (a WhatsApp message is fine). Scope, price, timeline and payment terms are confirmed with you before work starts. We ask that you only supply text, images and other material that you have the right to use.
Copyright complaints
If you believe material on our site infringes your copyright, message us with details of the work and where you found it, and we will review and remove it where appropriate.
Liability
We take care over our work, but the website and app are provided "as is". Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under law that cannot be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
