Who we are
NizzyCreative is a small creative studio building websites. You can contact us on WhatsApp at +20 155 520 1488 or on Instagram at @nizzycreative.
What we collect
This website and our app do not have accounts, forms, analytics or advertising, and we do not set cookies. We do not collect personal data through them.
If you message us on WhatsApp, Instagram or TikTok, we receive whatever you choose to send (your name, number and project details). We use it only to reply to you, prepare a quote and carry out the work you ask for. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.
Third parties
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google when a page loads.
- WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok are run by their own companies and have their own privacy policies.
- Our site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may keep standard server logs.
How long we keep messages
We keep project conversations while we work with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them on request.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by messaging us. If you are in the UK or EU you can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
Children
Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date above.
